Description
The LiftPoint FL-25 is a 25,000 lb. capacity four-post drive-on lift built for forklift service and maintenance. It is surface mounted and installs in hours by bolting to the shop’s concrete floor, with no pits or in-ground cylinders. Adjustable runways accommodate forklifts of any wheelbase width and length, and the lift raises equipment 5′ 9-5/16″ for complete undercarriage access.

– Runways built from three parallel 8″ steel I-beams that resist bowing under cushion or pneumatic tires
– Adjustable 24″ wide runways with 4′ to 8′ track adjustment
– Single 5″ hydraulic cylinder with (4) #646 leaf chain drive, no cable stretch or fray
– Automatic multi-position mechanical locks in all four posts
– Two-hand safety release disengages all locks for lowering
– Pressure compensated flow controls and velocity fuses as back-up hydraulic safeties
– Approach ramps fold up to act as a secondary automatic wheel stop
– Track lengths of 16′ 9″, 20′, 25′ or 30′
– Optional 3rd wheel ramp, rolling jacks, TD-350 tire jack and track lighting
